Nancy Garvin

Executive Director

With over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Nancy brings deep expertise and a heart for service to her work. She has been a dedicated leader at Bright Beginnings for 12 years, and in 2024, she stepped into a role as Executive Director overseeing all of Bright Beginnings. Nancy is passionate about ensuring every child and family receives the highest quality of care, and she works closely with each location to uphold the standards and values that define Bright Beginnings.

Maressa Staudinger

Director

Maressa began her journey in early childhood education over five years ago as a passionate classroom teacher. In 2024, her dedication and leadership earned her a promotion to Director. Having transitioned from the classroom to the office, Maressa brings a unique and invaluable perspective—deeply understanding the needs of children, teachers, and families alike. She trained under Executive Director Nancy and is committed to upholding the same high standards of care, support, and service that Bright Beginnings is known for.
