The Owners: Sheeven & Yamini Bhatt
Enriching the lives of children and providing a foundation for the future generation is our passion and how we got into childcare. Yamini is from St. Pete and has been a kindergarten and 2nd-grade teacher with a Master’s in Early Childhood Education. Sheeven is from Michigan and has worked in the tech and startup world for many years. We relocated to Florida in January 2021 when we purchased our first childcare center. We are happy to own two wonderful centers where our daughters can grow and learn.
Nancy Garvin
Executive Director / Belcher Rd Director
With over 20 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, Nancy brings deep expertise and a heart for service to her work. She has been a dedicated leader at Bright Beginnings for 12 years, and in 2024, she stepped into a dual role as Director of our Belcher Road location and Executive Director overseeing all Bright Beginnings centers. Nancy is passionate about ensuring every child and family receives the highest quality of care, and she works closely with each location to uphold the standards and values that define Bright Beginnings.

Maressa Staudinger
Michigan Blvd Director
Maressa began her journey in early childhood education over five years ago as a passionate classroom teacher. In 2024, her dedication and leadership earned her a promotion to Director of our Michigan Blvd location. Having transitioned from the classroom to the office, Maressa brings a unique and invaluable perspective—deeply understanding the needs of children, teachers, and families alike. She trained under Executive Director Nancy and is committed to upholding the same high standards of care, support, and service that Bright Beginnings is known for.
